    My Samsung remote had a problem with the volume switch. Ordered this one and it had problems from day one. You had to push the buttons several times to activate a command. Then it started to activate a command when you just picked it up and the volume would just go crazy, if you tried to increase the volume, it would go to maximum, minimum if you lowered it. Had trouble accessing premium channels. Will use the old one and will order another from elsewhere.
