Seller stated Roseville was "in excellent condition" it arrived with 2 chips that were not mentioned in description. Trying to pass it off to unexpected buyers, again.

I occasionally make mistakes but I rarely encounter such a bitter and vindictive attack as this buyer exhibits. He got a full refund and did not have to return the pottery items he bought so what harm did he suffer? Our 30,000+ happy customers speak for our integrity.

Seller stated "in excellent condition " it arrived with 3 chips, bever apologized. Their pictures didn't show the extent of the damage. I couldn't see it at all on my phone. Then noticed 1 chip on a laptop. Tired of these sellers that won't state condition. AVOID!!!!!!
