  I wish that you had contacted me and given me the chance to make this right. I would gladly have reimbursed you immediately. I apologize for not catching the stain and never would have considered listing the pants with a stain. That would have been an insane thing for me to do knowing the negative effect it would have on a potential buyer. Again, I apologize for my oversight and for the inconvenience it caused you. Laurie
