Il venditore ha proposto una sostituzione con un altro articolo perchè ha sbagliato nell'inserimento a causa di un errore di inventario. Ho accettato la sostituzione chiedendo un rimborso dato che quello che loro volevano inviarmi costava al massimo 49,90 euro ed io avevo già pagato 93,66. Hanno spedito senza rispettare le condizioni e quindi senza rimborsarmi il dovuto. Alle mie successive richieste di chiarimenti non ho avuto risposta.
