The item was shipped with extreme care. Everything was perfect although, I plugged it into an outlet and the lights ran for min before they stopped. I pulled it from the outlet and plugged it in later and it did the same thing. Not sure what the issue is but I don't know how to fix it. At least my wife loves it anyway
