It looks like the buyer thought I operated like a 3rd party florist. They didn't specifically ask me to put a note in the box, so I did what I normally do. Pack up the item, go to print the label and ship it. I did my job and the item got to the destination safely. Then the buyer leaves negative feedback without reaching out to me in a normal message. Now they've ghosted my communication on making this right. Happy Easter duncheon18202.
