PLAN ON ORDERING A 7480 WITH NO OS TO PREVENT ANY PROBLEMS. HAVE DISCOVERED THAT WIN 11 WON'T ALLOW A USER TO CHANGE TASK BAR PLACEMENT FROM SCREEN BOTTOM TO RIGHT SIDE!!
