    The seller is right . He does grade condition conservatively . He graded this item G + . I see it as EX +++ to NM . It has a small 75 cent price sticker on the picture sleeve 's reverse side along with a very tiny split at it's bottom . This is a very nice picture sleeve that has survived the previous 55 years plus to appear nearly pristine , pretty much the same way it was when the record store clerk placed it on display in 1969 brand new 😀 ! I for one am very happy with my purchase
