Buyer purchased a $450 item for sale on our ebay shop for $20. When we received the $20 order, we immediately: 1. Filed a ticket with ebay about a technical glitch that caused this to occur, given we automate listings to ebay; 2. Cancelled the order and refunded all the proceeds. We cannot sell for $20 an item that cost us over $200. Buyer was upset, left a negative review, and refused to update, despite a sincere apology and buyer suffering no harm or loss of any kind.
