That was my mistake not theirs! I rarely check my email nowadays, and I happen to do so at that particular time and saw I had a very nice letter of apology for the cancellation. That really impressed me. If I live in the lower 48 and I like a particular item that this company sells, I WILL NOT HESITATE to purchase from them.
