    This seller went above and beyond to resolve the matter of the product arriving damaged due to the shipper. The seller packaged the item sufficiently, but the shipper damaged the box (even with it being noted as fragile). While eBay and the shipper required much information & gave some pushback, this seller went above and beyond to ensure a refund would be issued.
