This item will not pair with our computer. The seller said he would give me a full refund and I didn't have to return the item. I needed to go through PayPal I don't know how to do that and I had to take care of it myself don't know how to do that. Never had this I have never had this problem before. Now I don't get a refund. The item is useless to me. I cannot recommend this person I cannot recommend the item.
