I love and wear Naot shoes for their great arch support. The seller pulled out the Naot arch supports and substituted only a shoe liner. This seller should not be allowed to sell anything on Ebay!!

I am so very sorry this happened! It was NOT intentional! I am reseller so I buy pre-owned goods and I had no idea that these shoes were supposed to come with an arch support or that they the arch support was removed. If I had known, I would never had sold them. Again, this was NOT me who pulled out the arch support, the previous owner took the arch supports out. I will send you a refund once I receive the shoes. Take care.
