I have not even received this item, so I can't rate it. My able to return date was the 11th and I don't have the watch. This is honestly a horrible experience. If I would have known I wouldn't receive until mid-July I would have chosen it from another source. Not satisfied at all at this point.

Disappointed with the purchase of the Yaesu FTM-500D radio. The item was region-specific to Japan, which was not disclosed in the listing. Seller failed to communicate effectively and did not resolve the issue of the $410 customs fee I incurred. Expected better service and transparency from a seller on such a critical detail
