  The camera arrived without cap on the body exposing sensor to dust and risk. Some tape should have been used to close it during transportation. I ordered 3 cables to connect the camera to the computer to different sellers and different brands. No one was able to connect my camera to the computer. I don't know if the cables or the camera are the source of the problem. So, impossible to control the the shutter count. I have doubt about the store control. Hopefully the camera is working correctly.

  I absolutely love this camera!! I’ve been looking for a camera like my last professional one and this did it! this over exceeded my expectations. The condition is perfect!! Looks completely brand new. The should be worth more than what it was. The appearance and the quality is unmatched.
