    While the shadows hadn't exactly been used, there were finger smears all over the lid, someone had clearly run their finger over a couple of the shadows, and the letters "ca" were scratched into the shade directly under the MAC logo. I feel like I will need to clean and sanitize this product before using it on my eyes.

    I dont understand why you dont emal me for help? I would like to know why you didnt email me for help? And ppl like you should be blocked, they have no communcations whatso ever and is very rude when i did email them, very mean and heartless.

    Description clearly says "Condition: New with box", but product came without its box. Normally, I would never buy a product for my face that isn't in its original box, but the product itself seemed to be untouched so I decided to keep it. If the description had been honest, I would not have bought it.

    Makes me very very sad how troublemakers never contacted me to resolve issue. Shes a troublemaker she never contacts anyone before leaving bad or neutral fb. My auctions says comes as shown in the box in very very big fonts. Although i made a mistake i am human about the box, but these kinds of ppl dont know how to read and communicate. Which is sad. I work so hard for my fbs. Its ppl like her who makes Ebay look bad and she will be reported.
