I got a email on 6/20 saying "A recent batch of your item had a Quality issue. We're pausing shipments for 7–8 weeks for quality checks" I tried to reply and I could not, I could not even find you as a seller (as if you set up a fake account). I received an email today saying it was delivered on 6/24 -- it was not. This is obviously a fake account scamming people.
