    If you can make it past the stock images not representative of the actual product. That "new" actually means "open box". The fine print that states YOU MAY NOT EVEN GET THE SAME ITEM YOURE PAYING FOR... then you can get great customer service and communication like "...upon recent discovery, the label was made in a different way than usual; therefore, this claim is going to take longer to come to a resolution." Worst ebay transaction in 20+ years. 2.5wk of patience, never recieved my order. Wow.
