Received in time frame stated. UPS is working properly. Seller left old battery in that was flaky and just dumped the UPS in a box of peanuts without wrapping it and took me a while to get all the peanuts particles out. Overall am happy with purchase, just not with the way it was packed/shipped. That is on the seller, not eBay.
