My chandelier was delivered to me in the United States and arrived with the whole solid crystal bottom piece smashed beyond recovery and a pile of broken crystal in the bottom of the shopping box from dozens of the small crystals smashing in shipping. Then we discovered the whole inside of the light fixture was rusted out. $500 later, it lights up and is ugly. Seller sent me more mismatched crystals to “repair” it myself, no replacement for the whole bottom part, and refused even partial refund.

I helped, I sent a spare stone and the broken piece. He asked me for the installation fee and I refused.I respect your decision, thank you for your shopping.
