I'm quite disappointed with my interaction with this seller. I purchased an item from them that was listed as free shipping. About a day later I find they cancelled my order citing "there was a problem with the buyer's address". After messaging them, they stated shipping would have cost more that what I paid for the item. Moral of the story, don't list an item as free shipping if you're not prepared to cover it!

We had an issue with the listing being pushed into Free shipping. The pricing was not based on the shipping being free. Apologies for the inconvenience.
