Tab on upper headlight broke during removal to install new bulb. GM's poor design is at the heart of this flaw, using a plastic tab to hold in a heavy assembly -- a broken tab being the reason I was replacing them. But one would expect new plastic to be flexible enough to allow installation and removal without breaking. On the positive side, seller was quick to offer exchange or partial refund.
