    Purchased due to needing a new belt for record player. Buyer advertises as UK based seller and posted the item Royal Mail 2nd Class postage, all sounded great but it took 10 days to be delivered, which is similar to delivery ranges when ordering from China. Contacted seller about time taken behind delivery and they hid behind their extended delivery window. As per other reviews, very slow delivery!

    It seems a shame that you felt the need to leave negative feedback. We didn't extend the delivery time, it is based on postal estimates (certainly we don't 'hide behind' this but we do like to manage expectations which is why delivery times are clearly displayed at the time of purchase). Sometimes items come a lot quicker but we offer faster postage options (at a cost) if items are required sooner. For the record we ARE UK based and items are posted from our place in Ipswich. Disappointing.
