  Shipment arrived damaged. If you want to return this item it is 18.09 usps or 18.99 Fedex. So basically this seller is scamming you for almost 20.00 in return shipping fees. I canceled the return to try and find another solution for the damaged return but cannot initiate another since the previous return was canceled. ebay WILL NOT help this situation.

  Fun rings for a party and quick shipping! Only negative is that they have a very strong chemical odor - before using, best to remove all from their wrappings and air outside for days. They even left grease-like stains inside the gift bag I used for them.
