Does not look like an original print. Its very pixilated and looks like someone took a lo-res version of it and blew it up.

I have sent the item I listed. The buyer left feedback stating the condition of the item with no basis in fact. I don't understand. Despite being dissatisfied with the item, the buyer has not even opened a return request. They left negative feedback and kept the item. Why? Even when I message the buyer, they ignore me. No basis in fact.
