    Item arrived all smashed up as seller had not used cushion packaging, just placed the item in a cardboard box! Knowing it was International postage and likely to have a arduous journey. Asked for a replacement or full refund. But only sent partial refund $17 short.

    We are very sorry for the damage that occurred during overseas shipment - but we absolutely did refund you in full amount paid. I believe the missing $17 is some sort of eBay fee they charge you for the international program? They should refund that separately as we do not have the ability to.
