  Will not answer back, missing items and wrong bulb packed in with the others. I needed all 15 bulbs but cannot get an answer back so I'm leaving a negative review

  This buyer’s allegation of refusing to answer is absolutely unfounded and totally incorrect. The VERY SAME DAY we were advised by this buyer that of the 15 lightbulbs we sent 1 was the wrong kind (and that there was apparently something wrong w/ a 2nd bulb) we immediately replied that we unfortunately did not have any more bulbs of the kind or sort that we’d sent. So a proportionate refund was given immediately - even though the buyer failed to advise what the problem with the 2nd bulb was!

  Very sorry to only now learn of your concern. I wish you'd have let us know ASAP/upon receipt of goods damaged in shipment so that we could hope assist you with your issue! We aren't able to do much for customers who don't speak up prior to posting feedback on eBay!!
