We cannot control USPS and we do appreciate your business. With that said, we wish we could have earned a positive review over a neutral one since its out of our hands and had nothing to do with us. We're not fans of eBays feedback system as the USPS can make a seller look bad to others. We should only be reviewed for OUR service but that's not the case on eBay.
