The first basket arrived with a colossal dent in it; after discussing options with the seller (there really wasn't anything I could do to fix/use it) they sent out a replacement. This had a smaller dent in it and I was able to straighten it out and fit it. The baskets themselves are great, but they need more transit protection than a simple plastic wrapping. Using a different delivery company might make a difference- these dents suggest parcels being thrown about/having heavy items land on them.
