Do not order from this seller. They’re unreliable, unprofessional and don’t know how to offer proper customer service. Seller is unresponsive, doesn’t follow up and shows through their lack of empathy to care about anyone but themselves. Comic wasnt mailed in a Gemini mailer and was delivered in poor condition. When I reached out they said they had another copy of the comic and would send it out. I decided to look at their feedback and saw people who had similar issues and decided to open a case

I agreed to send a replacement in a Gemini Mailer if I could find a replacement. A few days later they requested an updated. I responded with 3 emails saying I plan to get the book today but I've been dealing with an injured child that has slowed me down. Over night I woke up to a case/refund. I responded asking why the case, I got the book yesterday and it's ready to go today. I understand being upset but after the communication I thought they would let me ship it the next day.
