Item arrived quickly and well packed, however damage on plate was not fully disclosed in listing. Chip on side was shown, but pictures taken from angle that hid bad cracks in glazing. Will not buy from again.

Sorry your not happy, but again yet another buyer that runs straight to feedback instead of contacting our store first to figure out a resolution.. The feedback left was again based on assumptions by the buyer, We in no way try to deceive customers by not taking accurate pictures. The plate was priced at 11$ well below past sales history for that exact plate and actually most are listed well above 30$. We also accept Free Returns, but that option was Declined by the Buyer.

Before purchasing the item, I looked at the two posted pictured and assumed that the item was as described based on the pictures. Unfortunately, the pictured mounting bracket is not for this model. I contacted the seller asking them to send me the correct mounting bracket. They responded with "you got what was pictured". I pointed out they had misleading pictures. At that point they went off on me and demanded I apologize to them for pointing out their misleading post.

The Mounts Pictured were Exactly What was Sent To you, We are General Resellers and Sell Exactly What is Pictured, We Offered a Free Return and Full Refund and Buyer Declined... The Price was Great and The Item Was Sent out Immediately, Would Not Deal with This Buyer Again.
