The seller responded right away the first time I made contact stating it looked like it was delayed. When it became apparent that the item was lost it took 2 messages before they issued a refund. As in most of these cases, tpackage will likely be delivered, but late. We refunded this order in full. There is No such thing as a credit refund on Ebay. This person was refunded in full and will most likely get the item also and we get negative FB. I doubt we will get an offer to pay for it when they do receive it.
