Was sent a Phone that wasn't unlocked , az mobiles made almost no effort to help with any part of the process they take over 5 workig days to answer a txt message then instead of good customer service they provide frustration and goshsting me I had to get ebay to issue the return label and still now the are being fage, rude and unhelpful..... Seems like they are happy that they have a phone but now I have to do the wait process all over again NOT HAPPY JAN !
