  Blouse sent wrinkled and stained. Had to take to cleaners. Stains didn't come out. Seller only paid for 10.00 cleaning bill.

  Blouse was shipped folded & in tissue. USPS handles their packages poorly, so I apologized it came wrinkled. As far as stains go, you should have returned blouse prior to taking it to dry cleaners, would have been happy to refund fully. Instead, you took it to dry cleaners and I paid your bill. Not sure how this warrants a neutral? Enjoy the blouse and thanks for your purchase.
