The seller shipped an antique telephone that was purchased for a not insignificant amount and charged over $90 for shipping, yet ships the antique phone with VERY poor packing in a VERY flimsy cardboard box. Unsurprisingly, the phone arrived damaged, with the ring handle bent and writing shelf broken off. For the price charged for shipping, you should do better. I would not purchase from this seller again. Completely unacceptable!

I’m sorry to hear about the issue, but I want to clarify that this item was packed with care to withstand normal shipping conditions. I also reached out to gather more information and requested additional photos of the damage and shipping box to assist further, and received no response. While I strive to ensure every item arrives in perfect condition, unforeseen circumstances in transit can occur.
