    I'm not sure who it falls on for this bs maybe the postal service. Maybe the sell if he got the reciepent info wrong idk. It came all they way to my town but instead of being delivered to the address it was sent back and there's no returns no refunds so I am out my money as well as the charger for the laptop. The recipients address and name are correct I don't understand why they would send it back to the sender saying what they said
