Item was filthy and covered in animal hair that was stuck to the grime. The furniture was in a bag inside bus. The front post where the windshield is located was broken, because the bus had no bubble wrap or other cushioning and the mail person set it on its windshield, but there wasn't any markings saying which side was up. Not at all as pictured. Not carefully wrapped.
