  The shirts arrived in new condition but smelling like they had been stored in a moldy basement. I requested if the seller could reduce my ship back costs as I'm unable to wear these but the seller is not willing to work with me to compensate somehow so I'm left with two shirts that smell like mold. Bad business and I will not purchase from seller again.

  You never opened the return to ship the items back. I can't compensate you until you return the items. All Clothing that you buy online or in store should always be washed prior to use because it can pick up odors from anywhere. You would have been refunded had you opened the return like I mentioned in the messages.
