    I ordered these tires for my Ram 1500 and I believe it was a fair price. When installed, one of the tires was leaking. I had it put on at a Ram dealer. He sprayed water on it to test for a leak and it started bubbling. He also pointed out some dry rot around the side wall. The other tire I received worked. I told the seller and requested a half refund but he is denying any damage on the tire and wants proof. He wants proof but I'm not paying to get bad tire remounted. Filing a claim.
