    The system have very good sound but the subwoofer is no good. It may a sound with too many internal vibration. I going to return the item soon.

    Frankly, I suspect this buyer was trying to scam me. Item was new in box and there was no way for us to know that the subwoofer was defective, as the buyer claims. As soon as I received his complaint (which seemed to imply that he wanted a partial refund), I offered him a full refund, upon return of the item, for which I would bear the cost. I told him how to request a refund, and then, no answer from him. This morning, I get this feedback. Buyer gave me no real chance to remedy his problem.
