The item arrived in a box that looked caved in on one side, (I think it appeared that way in the photo) but I was relieved to find the kettle perfectly intact inside. It works perfectly, boiling quickly, and shuts itself off, so I never have to worry about my mother catching the house on fire, lol. It arrived quickly and I know it's a good brand because I also have the air fryer. Great deal, great seller. AAA+++
