The item arrived broken, I sent a message to the seller on April 24 after opening box and have never received a response. I paid their full asking price, I sent a message at purchase asking them to double wrap - the item was received broken. I was willing to work with them but if they never even try or respond then I am left frustrated! At this point I would think twice before purchasing anything breakable because they won’t respond after they get their money.
