Being a buyer as well as a seller has given me insight to know what buyers are expecting from listings. I try to be as honest as possible when it comes to the condition of the items I'm selling. If I don't see a flaw in a pre-owned clothing item, I will list it as in good condition. If an item has any flaws I've seen, I will list it in fair condition. I always scan sold items at the post office to make sure they are properly received. I try and send the item as quickly as possible and use care on how the item is packaged.
