I recently received the Sony Handycam. The item came exactly as stated by the seller. It arrived quickly and was very well packaged. The handycam looks like a brand new one out of the box. I used it recently when I went to the Dover Speedway for a Nascar race. It worked perfectly. I have the exact same model but in the color blue. Used it for many years, until the outdoor light sensor for lighting, on my old handycam stopped working correctly. So I'm glad to get this refurbished handyvam.
