Item came as described. Packed well. They list many items, so some listings may include mistakes. Pictures are of a unit in the lot vs actual. Just be diligent, look for anything that doesn't seem right, and don't buy anything that you wouldn't be willing to return due to postage or take a gamble on. I was happy with my purchase, but not confident that another listing I almost purchased would have gone well as the description and picture of that listing didn't make sense.
