Item was damaged during delivery due to poor packaging. I did request a sturdy box but this was ignored. Requested a return from the seller who then denied all responsibility and delayed proceedings at every step. Refused to provide a return label and sent messages containing false information. It has taken nearly 2 weeks to get a return sorted. eBay had to intervene to force the issue. Even after this they stated they would not send a full refund to me. Not professional at all. AVOID! AVOID!
