It wasn't when it left here...ask yourself why would we send a broken part out duh...you also tried to con us. I have email proof here which we are following up. We asked you to send product back for a refund, yet 10 minutes later you said your Mum had thrown the bin out lol. You'll be hearing from our Solicitor this week as obtaining goods via deception is a crime. Look forward to seeing you in court 'little girl'
