  This seller completely ignored my email and blew me off! I received the dvd loose inside the case and got scratched, i asked if they would give a partial refund and i would keep the dvd, instead of returning it. They seem to only care about taking your money and that's it. I will never buy anything from this shady seller again and wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I never leave negative feedback without reaching out firsthand and giving them a chance to resolve the issue.
