We are a professional trading company from Germany and have been active in international trade for over 15 years. We always offer new, original packaging and genuine items, which we purchase directly from manufacturers or official distributors.

We deliver to almost all countries in the world (with a few exceptions)

Each of our offers specifies the countries we deliver to and the associated shipping costs. These can be found in the respective offer to the right of the product image or under the price in the "Shipping" section --> under "See details". After you click on "see details", a pop-up window opens. In this window you can select your country under "Delivery to" and see the shipping costs applicable for your country.

We usually ship our goods with DHL Standard Paket International, a division of Deutsche Post.

On request and for an additional charge, we can also ship via UPS, DHL Express or Fedex.

Most orders are shipped within 5 business days after receipt of payment.

    All was fine until the motherboard arrived. Motherboard arrived in original packaging - all assembled well but would not read RAM modules in the RAM socket. Code 55 appeared on the board. Reached out to ASUS support and they told me that the RAM sockets were faulty and I should reach out to the seller. Sent it back to the seller and they told me that the CPU pins were bent and they would not replace or refund the product. They now have my broken product and won't return it without paying more.
