  Buyer saw the damage on box . Buyer accepts this. The problem is this seller shipped the item in a plastic bag. A collectible item in a plastic bag. Yes he used cardboard over the plastic front . The item got damaged worse. I could not put a claim in because the previous damage was visible in the pictures. Buyers be warned this is how the seller shipped. Ebay before you redact , this is an honest experience with this seller. Buyers have a right to know how this seller conducts business.

  we literally wrapped the new in box item in extra cardboard and placed it in a over sized poly bag which adds padding what more can we do ? You could have messaged us about this also. as a seller what more can we do ?

  Item was marked as new open box. Shifter definitely was not new, it had a slice in the cord so it did not work. Luckily I patched the cable together and it's working perfectly now after I fixed the damaged cable.
